Not receiving PayPal payment submissions

    The form is not emailing me submissions and I have had several people say that they paid and I am not receiving the money or the submission info.

    Please help!

    The submit button will not work when the amount input contains a dollar $ sign.

    Please remove the $ sign from the suggested amount, and also make sure that you use a correct PayPal Account.

    Then, you can ask someone to test the form with a small payment (e.g. 1.00 USD) to make sure that everything is working properly.
