The account was upgraded but wrong account was charged

    I checked your account (LiquidTherapy) and it is subscribed to the Bronze plan.

    The account holder in no Longer Fattydos by Nae it is LiquidTherapy.info@gmail.com
    I have previously changed out payment methods and yet and still my former business partner is being charged.

So we can solve the issue you are having, we will be canceling your current subscription and refund the amount of the most recent payment that was charged to your former business partner's PayPal account. The refund will be credited within 5 to 10 business days.

    Right now, your account is back to the Free subscription and I suggest you upgrade your account again. — How-to-upgrade-my-account
