Send upload as attachment in Email not working using Drag and Drop Upload widget

    I am not receiving attached pictures to my Incident Report through JotForm, properly when I, or any other reporting party, attached pictures by submitting them with the "Drag and Drop to Upload Photos" link.  I only receive pictures when a reporting party submits pictures when clicking on the "Upload a File" and uploads one at a time.

    I require these pictures for legal reasons and would like to have this issue resolved/corrected.

    The attached .jpeg provides examples of what I receive after each action is completed for the same exact report with the same pictures.

    I was able to reproduced the issue using a test form.


    the email attachment shows an incorrect attached file and not the file that was uploaded in the form.


    Allow me some more time to further investigate the issue and identify an immediate fix.

    Unfortunately the issue persist. I found the Drag & Drop Upload widget is not working properly when attaching uploaded files to the form email.

    What currently work properly is the native Upload field. You may consider using the Upload field for now.

    I will elevate this thread to the higher team support so that they can fix the problem with the Drag & Drop Upload widget.
