I created a form called Position Interests Form a week ago. I submitted the form to an individual to complete, and went back to do what I thought was filing it away so that I wouldn't have to go through my email to retrieve the form all of the time. I was given an option to archive it. Now, I cannot locate the form and the mobile app doesn't help. Please help me locate it!

If you have archived the form you created, you should be able to find it on your account's Archive Folder2. The Archive Folder can be found on the MyForms1 page's left side panel — https://www.jotform.com/myforms
Archived forms are automatically disabled. To unarchive a form, go to Archive Folder, check the form(s)3 you want to unarchive to select it, then click the "Unarchive" button4.
Moreover, if you choose to have the form to stay in the Archive Folder, you can just enable the form by clicking "More"5 then select "Enable".

I would like to apologize for any inconvenience. I have missed the part where you mentioned that you are accessing your Jotform account from a mobile phone app and the instructions I have provided above shows how you can unarchive your form when you log in to your account from a web browser.
In order for me to help you locate your form, I have unarchived it on my end and you should be able to find it under the MyForms folder. Please try to check your Jotform account again and let us know if you have any questions or concerns.

the form for my business. I truly appreciate your prompt assistance. I need
to fully learn how to use this program and its features. I stumbled on it
when wanting to create a questionnaire for my business. I think it is
absolutely amazing. Now that I know when assistance is needed, customer
service is amazing too.
