I am getting the message "sorry only 1 form is allowed, Multiple submissions are not allowed"
What am I doing wrong - where can this be corrected.

Is this the error that you are getting when you try to submit your form?
The error message is associated with the following settings in your form.
Here are the guides that explain the settings in the screenshot above.
Both settings are mainly used to prevent duplicate or multiple submission from the same respondents in a form.
I have checked these settings on the only form in your account and I see that both are set to "No Check". I can only assume that you've already figured it out. Otherwise, please let us know so we can help you further.
