    Hi,

I am wanting to create a form which I can partially fill in before providing it to a client. I want to prefill two sections, one would have textual content and the other would have an image. Also I want to have different URL link to the form I would be sending it to different clients to fill in and rivert back. Thank You

    Kind Regards,

You can prepopulating fields in your form through its URL parameters as explained in this guide — Prepopulating-fields-to-your-JotForm-via-URL-parameters

Although it is possible to prefill forms by following the guide, the procedure does not include or allow prepopulating File Upload fields if that is what you mean by "the other would have an image"

Also, can you further explain what you mean by with "different URL"? If you will be prefilling the form with different data for different clients, then the URL will not be identical, however, the form link will be the same. If you want to have a different form link for each client, you need to create different forms for each client you have.
