Currently my form gives an error message when someone tries to submit multiple payments on different dates and times.
Veronica Dawkins made a payment on 9/22. She then tried to make another payment later on in the evening and receive an error message. I believe the message stated she cannot make another payment. Veronica tried the morning 9/23 and it gave the same error message.
I need clients to continue to make recurring or multiple payments.

I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.
I did check your form and found that you have enabled "Unique Submissions" to "Check cookies only". That is the reason why users are unable to submit form more than once from same browser. I would suggest you to please select "No Check" in "Unique Submissions" and that should solve your problem. Please check the screenshot below:
