notification failure

    For the first time since I began using jotform some 3 years ago, I did not get a notification that a form  was submitted (link to submission below)...I checked the notification settings and it seems OK. I would like to understand what happened because I cannot risk this happening again. Any ideas?

    I checked your Notifications settings and everything seems fine. Also in our email logs, all emails are showing as Sent.

    We had a recent issue with submission emails delaying, but that issue was resolved.

    Could you please check if the emails didn't end in Junk/Spam folder by any chance?
