    Your account (AIOTI) is currently in good status. Normally, the "You reached your limits." message appears if your account is in overlimit status. It means that you exceeded the monthly limits.

    Are you referring to a different account? May I ask when did this problem happen? If possible, please provide a screenshot so that we can further investigate.
