    Why am I not receiving notification emails?

    Hello JotForm.

    When people filled in my form, they receive a thank you e-mail. But I don't get an e-mail from the users what they have filled in?

    The email account was in the bounced lists due to the ff: reason

    Reason(s) : 5.1.0 - Unknown address error 550-'"Unknown User"'

    I had removed it from the list. You should now be able to get the emails again.

    No, stil not getting mails when people fill in my form.

    Your email address was added yet again to our bounce list.

    Email addresses are added to our bounce list when the notifications our servers send are rejected (or bounced) by the recipient server.

    Here is the reason provided by your mail server:

    Reason(s) : 5.1.0 - Unknown address error 550-'"Unknown User"'

    I think you should contact your mail provider's tech support. No matter how many times we remove your address from the bounce list, if your mail server keeps on rejecting the notifications, your email will always end up on our bounce list.

    By the way, I notice that you have changed your notifications recipient address to a new one. May I ask if you're having issues with that email address as well?

    Hello Jotform,

    When I send e-mails form the e-mail adress yessinn@habbienet.nl I have no issues at all. I can send messages back and I receive them. So it isn't an problem with the mail provider caus I can send en receive mails from and to other people.

    Yes its right I changed the e-mail to a new one, but when I changed it, it keeps saying; Sending test mail to yessin@habbienet.nl and not the new one I changed.

    The bounce might have also been caused by your notification's settings, so I went ahead and changed it to its optimal settings. Can you please check if you receive them now on your new address?

    Actually, the Test Email function always send test mails to the address that is associated to your JotForm account.

    To test your new email recipient, the form needs to be submitted.
