How can I forward a person to a website once they submit there name and email address to my landing page?

You can actually redirect the Thank You Page to an external page. Here's how:

In the Form Builder, click the "Settings" option and then go to the "Thank You Page" section. Select the "Redirect to external link" option and then put the address in the URL field.
