Hi Victor and thanks for contacting us. Premium plan's limit is in total 10Gb. Oonce you reach the limit, you can no longer receive more files/submissions hence you either upgrade to enjoy more space allocation or you can integrate your account with Dropbox and have the files saved there and then you delete them from Jotform servers when you are sure have created the backup.
