    Failed To Receive Contact Form Notification

    Hi,

    I have difficulty to get my contact form notification sent to my Microsoft Outlook inbox . When I test the notification on Jotform, the e-mail works fine but when I send the form on my website it fails. My URL is http://www.travellersfone.com/contact.html. Could you help me please?

    Hi Razali and thanks for contacting us. Your email addresses was in our bounce list and I've already removed it.

    Reason(s) : 5.3.0 - Other mail system problem 554-'5.7.1 Mail (id-34657-15324) appears = to be unsolicited - totalscore(46) over MessageScoringUpperLimit - resend with the code za6ymyru appended to subject and ask to have your email whitelisted (the code za6ymyru changes each 24 hours).'

    Hi again, I've cloned your form and I've removed your condition. I've changed email recipient with my email address and I was able to receive email notifications. I may suggest you to delete the condition that you've set because it makes little sense and I will explain why: your original email notification is set to forward automatically all submitted data to your email address support@travellersfone.com. You've also set a conditions like this:

    if YOUR MESSAGE is filled then send email notification to support@travellersfone.com.

    So I may suggest you to remove the condition and test your form again. Hope this helps. Alessandro
