one of our customers is using an adress ending in .biz.
After he's filling my survey the eMail-field gives him a warning about a non-valid adress and deletes the whole content of said form.
Is it possible to mark .biz-adresses as legit sender for my account or forms?

We had a problem with encrypted forms. If the form was encrypted, the invalid email error was shown to the users. However, this problem was fixed. Could you please check and let us know if yo have a different problem than this?
