Email Validator widget input is not showing up in the form for users from Iran

    There is a problem with this email verification form from Iran, we can see the form but the field that customers should fill their information as yo can see in the screenshot is missing.

    I was not able to replicate this issue on my end, the form is working fine and I was able to view it perfectly. However, I tried to check your CSS code and it seems the problem was due to multiple floating fields which might cause problem to some browsers.

    Can you please try removing the current CSS codes and replace it with this one.

    .form-label-left, .form-label-right, .form-label-left.form-label-auto, .form-label-right.form-label-auto {

        width: 150px;

        float: right;

    }

    .form-line {

        border-radius : 1px 1px 1px;

        display : inline;


    }



    I tried to mimic your site layout while optimizing the CSS code.

    Could you please try accessing the form from this domain: http://www.jotform.me/form/72286101958460

    I just tested and it worked fine. And that domain is meant for Asia so it should work from Iran.

    I think you are experiencing an error in the form. Can you check? You have to check the console of your browser to confirm this. Here are guides you can follow to check:

    Hello Welvin,

    Im sending you the console screenshot for Iran, also we opened the same form from here (Armenia) which internet speed is better and we can see that the iframe is not loading for Iran, anyway its better that you have a look. first screenshot is for Iran and the second one for here which the form loads normally. thank you

    Thank you for sending the screenshots. This helps a lot. The errors shown in the console is likely related to the ISP. This is a common error. You can read more about it on this article online:

    I will forward this thread to our backend team now. Let's see if they can make some adjustments that would help you fix the problem in the form. For the meantime, share the given article to your clients from Iran and ask them to perform the solutions.
