Good morning. Our original forms were created under another account. I cloned them per the instructions I received to our new account. Now a month later they are all gone from my new account and I no longer have access to the old account. Could someone please help!

I checked your account username "mandiedillard" and I can see that it is under the Sub-user account type. Please upgrade your account to the Free account to manage and view the submissions properly. To do that, please log into your account and go to the Account Billing page or open this link: https://wwww.jotform.com/myaccount/billing
After that, click the Upgrade button.
Upon investigating your account further, I can see that you're a sub-user account to the account username dothanby.

Ok, I did that (which I thought I was already using the free plan, ugh). But now there is still nothing there. Dothanby originally designed those for us. But they were about to delete them from their account. So I contacted y'all, did the steps to clone (per their permission of course) and thought all was well. Is there any way to get back my three forms back without having to redo all the work?

I checked the account that was the owner of the forms and I'm pretty sure that those forms are still in the Trash of the form's owner since there are many forms there. But you will have to contact the owner of the form so he can restore the forms from the Trash folder and then you can clone the forms from there.

Ok, I think I have successfully cloned and transferred my forms over to just my account. Before they redelete their forms, could you check and be sure my new forms will stay and that I have not messed up something, again.

As long as you do not delete your form, it will stay on your account for as long as you want.
