I can't edit a submission ("Email field can only contain a valid email address")

    Hi there,

    I am trying to edit a submission (details below). When I save I keep getting this error message:


    "Incomplete Values

    Email field can only contain a valid email address:"

    I have checked that the field called "Your email" contains a valid email address, with no spaces. There are no other email fields that I know of in the form.

    Can you help?

    Can you try to update the submission using the edit link: https://www.jotform.com/edit/297222106261909158 instead of updating on the submission page of the form? If the issue still persists, may I know what field are you trying to update on your submission so we can further check the issue? Does this happen to this submission only or this also happens to other submissions?

    There seems to be a temporary issue regarding this. This should be fixed by now. Can you please try again to update using the submission page and see if this is now working on your end?

    Thanks - yes this now works on my jotform admin page as well.
