    I received a message that my payment was not made due to a paypal / creditcard refusal. Can you please inform me if this is correct, when payment is due and how I can pay?

    Hi Martijn

    Yes there was a failed on the recurring charge for your professional yearly subscription on Sepetember 1, 2012 which is also your due date. Our payment gateway, Paypal will try to put the payment through again on Sep 4, 2012. If the same problem occurs on the next re-billing date, please let us know so we can assist you further with this. Thanks!
