Email Notifications>>Multiple recipients: sub-users are not allowed to add multiple recipients on shared forms.

We are a paying customer. However, other users who edit our forms are being prevented from adding multiple recipients to notifications, and instead being asked to upgrade.

We've been running like this for a couple of years and now, today, they are unable to add multiple recipients to forms that are shared out by us.

The user is a sub user who has full access.

    Please advise.

There is no screenshot as these forms are not yet live.

    Hello,

Please be noted, free users are allowed to add only one recipients. To add multiple recipients, free users have to upgrade.

Let us know if you have any further query.

    Thanks.

Sorry I don't understand. We've been using this for quite sometime and today is the first time it has stopped working.

Are you now saying that even though I pay monthly fee and have sub users who do the editing, the sub users cannot do what I require to the forms, because they are not paying users? So now instead of $39 per month, I would need to potentially start paying $390 per month so all my users can have the access required to edit my forms?

It is true that free users are not allowed to add multiple recipients. However, if the free user is actually editing a form you have share with him, it should be possible for him to add multiple recipients as that form is actually hosted in your paid account.

In order to confirm my assumption, I will forward this concern to our developers to get a more accurate answer. You will be updated via this thread.

We've also run in to this issue today.

Even forms that have been shared by the parent account, can no longer add multiple email recipients. The only way around this is to create multiple notifications, with a single email in each.

Can you please confirm when this change was implemented and whether any notification of this change was passed on to users? Also, are there any other changes coming up that we need to be aware of, that will impact how we work?

Just to add to my above comments, we have just found that some email addresses have now been stripped from forms, where there were previously more than one.

A form that was set up last week and had successfully sent submissions to 2 addresses (6 times), then had the second email address removed and the next 30 submissions were not correctly forwarded.

    Hello tallchapzzr600,

We're sorry for the inconveniences. Since multiple recipient feature is abused from some the users, we've started to limit number of recipients. Your sub users are excluded from this limit now.

    Thank you for contacting us.

If you have any other questions please let us know.
