I am not receiving emails

    Hi there, I am not receiving emails from form submissions. My email address is not on the 'bounce list', and I just tried sending a test email. Nothing is coming through. And nothing is in my junk box. 

    Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

    What is the form in which you are not receiving notifications? Have you checked our mail logs? Also, please note that if you press the "Test email" button from your notifications settings, that will send the test to the email address used in your account profile, not to the email address listed as the recipient.

    In order to test it, you need to do a real submission. Let us know if you need more help.
