Egnyte: JotForm form is not sending submitted information to the Egnyte account.

    I am a desktop support technician at Campbell University and we have a user, that it having a problem between Egnyte and JotForm. I have replicated the issue on my own and can not resolve it.  

    I have created a JotForm account and a test form.  I have also integrated it with Egnyte, successfully. When a form is submitted I receive notice via email, but nothing ever shows up in Egnyte. 

    I used the instructions provided by JotForm found here:

    What am I missing or is there a problem between JotForm and Egnyte?

    I was able to replicate the issue, I will forward it to our second level and we will update you as soon as possible.

    Hi there,

    We are sorry for the very late update.

    We have discovered an issue which involves non-admin Egnyte users and thus consequently implemented a feature which allows the user to select the folder they have access to and have JotForm send the submission there.

    Please kindly fix your integration settings and choose the root submission path for your form.
