    I am adding a formula in a 'Hidden Box' for integration with Google Docs, but JotForm seems to be adding a parentheses open bracket at the beginning of my formula. Here is my formula:

    =rounddown(max(1,12*(year(today())+month(today())/12-(year+month/12))))

    but, when it gets over to Google Docs, it looks like this:

    (=rounddown(max(1,12*(year(today())+month(today())/12-(year+month/12))))

    Can you tell me how to get rid of the parenthesis at the beginning?

    It's most likely not going to work, certain forumulas are allowed to be customized and entered into google spreadsheets. I don't quite see why JotForm would be changing it, it seems as though this is google detecting and not allowing it since JotForm just basically integrates with it to share and add the data to your Google Documents. The formula just errored out for me and didn't even work which leads me to believe that there's something wrong with your Formula and not JotForm or Google but I will continue to investigate the issue.

    May I ask what the purpose of adding a new formula is? The idea behind it isn't currently making much sense as to why you would wanna change it more since JotForm to Google Docs already implements the data that was gathered and collected.
