How to remove the email address from bounce list?

Help - you won't let me use my company email that I've used for over 10 years (info@artspacestudio.com)

What do I do!?!?!

Please check your spam folder, it could be that some notifications have landed there, and that is causing the bouncing. If you find any notification in your spam folder, mark it as NOT SPAM.
