Can I move forms from one inbox to another?

Hello,
I have one form I use for event photography contract but I essentially NEVER use it.  There is 1form completed in the inbox. Can I move that 1form from that inbox to somewhere else so I can delete that form and create another?

Also- I get a copy of the forms to my email.  If I delete the form here (on Jotform.com) will it 'delete' or wipe what I see in my emails? or will it become unavailable information?

If you want to keep the form and the data, you can simply archive the form. 

In order for you to archive a form,  click on it, then click on More and select Archive Form

To bring it back , simply go to Archive Folder , select it and click on Unarchive

When a form is archived/disabled, it will no longer count towards your form creation limit.
