I have a form that customers fill out and when they submit it I receive an email. However, two of the forms never came to my email, but they were delivered to my dropbox. Is there a reason for this?

Probably, they landed in your spam folder, please check there, and if you find them, mark them as NOT SPAM. You can also check the mail logs to check the delivery status: https://www.jotform.com/help/293-How-to-View-All-Your-Form-Email-History
