    Hello,

I have sync'd our Jotform with Google Sheets. Everything seems to be working fine after a week of testing.

    Background:

In our Jotform questions are arranged for the convenience of the customer. When we created the Google Doc, it put the columns in the same order as the form questions. However - while convenient for the customer - we need things in a different order in the Google sheet for our back office.

    Question:

Now that the Jotform is sync'd to Google, can I change the column order without disrupting the link to our Jotform?

    Thank you.

    Mike

Sorry, we do not recommend making changes in the spreadsheet columns. This is one of the reasons why the spreadsheet stops updating or their values may be interchanged.

We suggest to create another sheet instead within the same spreadsheet file and then replicate the data to the new sheet. Check this guide for more details https://support.google.com/docs/answer/75943?co=GENIE.Platform%3DDesktop&hl=en

To create a new sheet, click the + button found at the very bottom of the spreadsheet you are working.
