Creating a call list

Good evening:

Is there a way to generate a "Call List" from the submissions to my form.  For example, let's say I enter day for client data base.  Let's say his name is John Doe and I categorized him as an "A" client.  Since he is an A client, I need to contact him quarterly.  Is there a way to generate a list that would tell me all clients that need to be contacted in October and can I generate the fields to display for that report?
