My account has been autosuspended

    To Jotform:

    Hi, I am writing about the suspended account I have used for a while. The account is for homework purpose and I don't know why my account has been suspended. Please help me fix my account.

    I checked your form and I can see that it is asking for a password. As per our terms, collecting sensitive information are not allowed here in JotForm. 


    I have removed the guilty fields and re-activated your account immediately so you can manage your forms properly.
