Can not receive notifications

    Hi,

    I just signed on to jot form because I am not getting forms from you all of a sudden to my email. It said I was all of a sudden on your bounce list but that makes no sense. It worked all morning.

    How can we fix this asap please.

    We are really sorry for the inconvenience you have.

    There are several reasons why your email address may have been added to the bounce list. It could be due to a non-existent/inactive email address, your email server being unavailable, your email server has rejected the emails due to suspected spam, your mailbox is full or JotForm is on your blacklist. 

    I have checked your email addresses Carlye@c-unitstudio.com and culey@icloud.com from our Admin side. They are not on bounce list currently.

    You can also check if any email is in our bounce list or not and if the email address is in our bounce list, you can remove it as you can see in the following document: https://www.jotform.com/help/262-How-to-Remove-Your-Email-Address-from-Bounce-List

    Besides, I have checked your email logs and it seems that your email address Carlye@c-unitstudio.com receives submission emails successfully as you can see the following example that belongs to today below:

    You can also check your email history logs in your account as seen in the following guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/293-How-to-View-All-Your-Form-Email-History 

    Furthermore, I recommend you check your SPAM/JUNK/BULK folders of your email addresses and if you see JotForm emails there, please mark them as NOT SPAM.

    Please check and tell us if the issue still persists.
