Email notifications

    I haven't been receiving email notifications when a form is submitted for the last couple of days.  How can I fix this?

    Your email is not on our bounce list and our email history also indicates that there are no emails that failed to be sent:

    The emails might have ended up in your Spam/Junk folder. Please check your spam box; if you see the emails are really located in there, mark them NOT SPAM.

    If this does not resolve the issue, we can further investigate once you provide us with the ID of the form you have trouble with.
