another email address is on the bounce list?!

    All of my legitimate email addresses are being flagged?! What am I supposed to use?!

    It's not in our bounce list.

    If you have been facing this problem constantly, there are two things that might help:

    1. Requesting your email provider to add JotForm's IP addresses to their whitelist.

    2. Setting your email as the sender address using SMTP by following the instructions in this user guide. 

    Please let us know if none of these helps.
