we upgraded our account yesterday but it doesn't appear to have worked?
Could someone take a look as we have a lot of forms being completed.

You have reached your monthly limit of 1000 submissions under your Bronze Plan.
Please remove some of your submissions and try again.

We upgraded to silver on Monday and paid as per the invoices on our account
