Submissions not coming through

    Dear Jotform team,

    we've had several cases where a submission for some reason has not come through, without us knowing about it before the customer contacts us later on. Usually these submissions are not redirected to the normal Thank You page, and there is no confirmation autoresponder email either. We've tried to find out what was going on at the customer's end and what they did, but nothing obvious stands out, other than maybe that they spent a long time on filling out the form. 

    Our forms are embedded on our website like this: (click on the tab Application Instructions & Application Form and scroll down). 

    Do you think it would do something to fix the issue if we didn't embed the forms on our website but rather had them open in a new tab? Is it something with the embed script that could in some circumstances interfere with the submissions?

    Yes its highly possible that the embed method you are using is causing the problem. Please try using the iFrame embed method:
