When Authorize is set to send a receipt to the user, it includes a line item called "Description" under Ordering Information on the receipt. It seems to default to "Goods or Services". Is there a way for Jotform to alter this using data from the user registration form (that is integrated with Authorize)?

Unfortunately you need to change your receipt emails from Authorize.net itself.
