For what our needs are this service looks amazingly better than the provider we had/just left. We have created all of our forms and are ready to sign-up for the pay service. However, I do have a question regarding the SSL service and it is once we start paying for JotForm is the SSL feature automatically enabled or do we have to purchase it separately (through your provider).

JotForm has SSL feature, so you do not need an SSL certificate. You can just link to https:// form page and the form and submissions will be served securely.
The simplest way to use the SSL feature is to just append an "s" to the "http" portion of your form's URL and provide a link on your page to the form.
However, if you want to embed that version into a page (instead of just providing a link) the page itself would need to be secure: its address would have to start with https://
However, if you need to add the form to your web page you will need a security certificate since it is on your site.
