Submitting form to email

    I filled out my form and when I submitted the form it took to me PayPal to make the payment.  Everything worked great with the PayPal transaction.  However I never received the form in my email.  When I go to the settings to run a test email the email that it sends the test to is the email I have set up for the jot account and not the email that I set the notification up with.  I need the emails to go to lombardosproperties@gmail.com

    The 'Test Email' button inside of the email Notification will always send an email to the email address of your account. To properly test the recipient email address you have to make an actual submission on your live form. 

    Your test submissions were marked as Incomplete Payments. Did you abandon the payments on the Paypal checkout page? Please note that incomplete payments show up when your users did not complete the payment, either by purposely navigating away to the payment page or they have accidentally closed their browsers.     If you are receiving payments in your Paypal account but they are showing as Incomplete payments in your JotForm account, then the issue is related to Paypal account's IPN not being enabled. Inside of this guide, you can find how to Enable IPN on your Paypal account:

    I just fixed the PayPal portion and see where the transaction went through.  Now i still am not receiving the form notification in email.  It should go to lombardosproperties@gmail.com

     How long does it take for the email to come through showing the completed form?

    The only form on your account has 0 submissions. The email Notification will only be sent when the form is submitted and when the Paypal transaction is completed. Did you receive the payment in your Paypal account? If so, please make sure that IPN is enable on your Paypal account:

    Incomplete payment Email Notifications are not instant.  It should take somewhere between 30 minutes to 1 hour to be emailed, the delay is here to let customers finish their transactions and also it is a time buffer for the PayPal IPN to come through.

    I have IPN enabled on the my PayPal widget i added to the form.  The payment went through to PayPal and shows as received to the PayPal email address.  The only thing that did not go through was the email to lombardosproperties@gmail.com showing the completed form.  That's where my hang up is.  If the payment went through to PayPal how is the email not being sent to the email address?  I will attempt this again.

    I reviewed your form data and I do not see an actual completed payment submission yet.

    Completed payment submissions should appear in your form View Submissions panel.

    Non completed submission payment will appear in the Incomplete Payment Inbox.

    Are you saying there were already successfully completed submission payments using your form but they did not appear in the completed View Submission panel?

    Please share to us the details of those payment submissions that have the issue and we will check them specifically.

    I changed papal accounts and the form seems to have sent along with the payment.  I will review the form data and let you know if I find any other issues.  Thank you for being so responsive.
