Why I'm not receiving submission emails?

    There are two misfunctions with our Miscellaneous Request form.

    First, I no longer receive an email notice when that form is completed and filed with JotForm.

    Second, when I attempt to forward a Miscellaneous Request to a co-worker, the "Forward" function shows "sent" but the co-worker does not receive the email or the form.

    I checked emails associated with the form and all emails are marked as Sent in our logs.

    Also, they are not in the Bounce list. Regarding the Forward option, we could check more if you could please provide the email address?

    For both situations, could you please check if the emails didn't end in the Junk/Spam folder by any chance?
