Egnyte Integration: the option to select the folder where to send the submissions

I have been speaking with support at Egnyte.  They have confimed that the integration works provided the user has permission to create the folder.  In their view the problem is that JotForm is creating a top-level folder for which I do not have permission.  In my organization I have a private folder, and I also have read-write access to folder shared with my department.  But this shared folder is several levels down.  I do not have permission on the top-level shared folder.

Can the JotForm integration be made to work with lower level folders?  Can I direct it to a folder on Egnyte that I have access to?

As mentioned in the original thread, I'm sending this thread to our backend team as a feature request. Unfortunately, we cannot give you an estimate as to when this feature will get implemented or if our developers will consider adding them in the future, but as soon as we have an update, we will let you know through this thread.

For the meantime, I would suggest asking whoever had the control of the folders to give you the access to the folder that the integration has created. In most cases, this will be created as soon as you start getting submissions.

Thank you, but as I have said we can't find this folder.  Where is it SUPPOSED to be created?  I don't know what to ask for if I don't know where it is supposed to go.

    Hi there,

We have implemented a feature which allows non-admin users to select the folder they have access to and have JotForm send the submission there.

Please kindly fix your integration settings and choose the root submission path for your form so the integration can work properly.

Let us know if you're still having issues.

    Thanks!
