I would like to cancel my subscription

    Your subscription is already canceled to our end. You are now on the free plan. We can keep your account on the Bronze Level until your payment expires or refund you the whole amount. Please let us know which one you prefer.

    No worries. I have requested the refund to our billing team. You should receive a notification from Paypal once is it processed. We will also do our best to notify you on this thread.
