Out of space due to spam

I had a spammer spam my jot for about 200x yesterday and now its saying I'm out of space.  what can be done to fix this?

Fixed. Your submissions counter should now reflect the submissions made only this month.

I can also see from the logs that you were receiving too many spam submissions. By simply adding a captcha to your form would help prevent this.

We have also recently implemented a rate limit on the form. This means that a single IP address can only submit 60 submissions per minute. This is to protect the form from abuse/spam bots.
