Why are my email alerts not sending sometimes?

    I've made two forms where parents can sign their children up for a two-segment driving class. We want to send a copy of the information to them (Parent's Email) and to us (our company's email) for our records. Sometimes, when a parent hits submit, they are sent a copy of the information - but we are not.

    Is it becuase we have two emails sending? Can we only have one email with the information sent?

    Also, our website uses HTML5. Are parents using Internet Explorer 8 or another web browser that does not support HTML5, and thus the email is somehow not getting to us?

    Your website using HTML 5 does not have anything to do with the email deliverability.

    Try changing your notification settings to use noreply@jotform.com as its sender email:

    Afterwards, do a test submission (on your live form), then let us know if the emails arrive on your inbox.
