Getting '404 Not Found' errors on URL for attached documents on form 72275893884171.  For example:  https://www.jotform.us/uploads/vitalwave/72275893884171/3815869592013454465/Josh Waiver.pdf

Resubmitted form (via Edit Submission), still not valid links.  Also, Google Drive integration not copying files.

And there are two other submissions on the same form having the same issue:

    3819265549705016984

    3819366256436661409

Apologies for the inconveniences this may have caused to you.

I have checked the submissions you provided and was able to replicate the issue you mentioned, this thread will be forwarded to our second level so our developers can have a look on this.

Also, if possible, you may request your users to resend the files, it's not necessary that they send new submissions, you may provide the edit links so they simply add the files.

The edit link can be composed with the submission ID, example: https://www.jotform.com/edit/1234567890

We will let you know as soon as we receive any updates about it.

Are you saying the files are definitely 'lost' or are you saying they may be retrievable via Level 2 Support?

Actually, it seems that the files did not reach to the servers. Level 2 support is only necessary here in order to prevent this error on future submissions.
