Unable to add multiple recipients for the Free account

    Has the policy for the free plan changed? I am trying to edit the recipients for one of our forms and it is now saying that I need to upgrade to make adjustments. When I created the form, I had no problem adding team members.

    Also, the pricing doesn't note that I need to have an upgraded account to add recipients.

    Hi Stacy,

    We have recently updated the number of recipients that can be added to the Free account. 

    Recently, a lot of Free accounts are abusing the multiple email recipients. They are using JotForm for scam purposes and it damages our reputation. That's the reason why we limit the Free account to add one email recipient only.

    You're correct, the pricing page is still not showing the recent update. I will escalate this to our developers so they can check it further. We will contact you again on this thread once we have an update.

    Hello Stacy,

    Any paid plan will let you add multiple recipients.

    For personal use or a small business company, we recommend the Bronze plan.

    For a small business or growing business company, we recommend the Silver plan.

    For a big business company, we recommend going for the Gold plan.
