Why Mobile File Upload Failing?

I just created a form at https://www.live-love-art.com/join-our-artisan-team/ which works fine on my desktop but on my mobile any picture I try to upload says Failed

Any idea why it is not working on the mobile, but works on my laptop?

I am using an android. It actually works on the Chrome browser but not the Internet browser 

I tested with an Internet browser on Android phone, but still, I wasn't able to replicate this issue.

Could you please try using a different network while uploading your file and see if the issue persists?
