One from our customers reported than he don't get notification from few days.
I added my emial and check setting but still not working. Emails are not on bouced list.

Were you able to check your spam folder? sometimes jotform emails are marked as spam.
You can check your email history if it was really sent by going to your https://support.jotform.com/myaccount/history .
If it was sent but still you didn't receive the email notification, you might need to ask your website hosting company to whitelist Jotform's IP addresses.
Here are the IP address needed to be whitelisted, you can give this link to them if they ask the IP addresses. https://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses
Let us know if it still doesn't work after doing those solutions.

We have more than 50 form and we notice problems with this one. We got notifications one per 10/20 submissions. Our mail system works fine because emial from another forms arrive.
I copied form but still not working.

I did check the notification email alert of form and found that you have added two recipient email addresses firstname.lastname@example.org, email@example.com Are you not receiving submission emails in any of the recipient email address?
I did check our email logs and it seems submission emails are being sent successfully. Please check the logs below:

Have you checked your SPAM folder already? Please check your SPAM folder and see if the submission emails ended up there.
