Question About E signiture

    Dear Sir Madam,


    We love your system and it works great for our goal as a conformation for users to obtain their hardware. I have just one question. We use the widget E-signature which works fine, but when i try to send this with the user in the email it won't show in the email. It just shows a a hyperlink. We use outlook 2016 as our mail program. Is there any way to adjust this or to use another widget?

    I tested our E-Signature widget and it is working properly. I used Gmail account to test it and the E-signature image is showing properly, see image below:

    Could you please try checking your Outlook 2016 settings? You can also try contacting Outlook Mail Program support regarding on this issue.
