I'm having trouble with creating new users. They don't receive the confirmation mail with the login info. I've also checked the spam and all other folders, but nothing is in it.
Can you please help me with this problem?

Is it the issue that you're not receiving email notifications from your forms?
If so, please check your email history in order to know if emails have been sent from our servers, this guide will help you doing so: https://www.jotform.com/help/293-How-to-View-All-Your-Form-Email-History
If you notice the emails have been sent then I would recommend you to check your spam/junk folder, marking emails as not spam should help you to receive future emails in your inbox folder.
