On some of my forms this morning (although not all) users are getting this when submitting a form:Temporarily UnavailableWe are currently experiencing abnormally high traffic volume and working to restore all services as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience.
This has been happening for at least 30 minutes now. I thought it could be because the forms affected have reached their monthly submissions limit but they haven't.
I know this is a free service but it's bad for our users to spend time filling in a form and only THEN to get this error, meaning the form doesn't submit or send their details, and they can't retrieve what they entered.
Could you at least programme your system so that if you're experiencing high traffic the whole form doesn't show?
Also why are some forms working and not others? Server problem?

Hello Richard. Some domains may have had an abnormally high traffic (as stated in the error) that's why it happeened on other forms while it was working on others (which may be using a different domain name).
Anyhow, the forms should be accessible by now. Please do let us know if you're still having problems accessing your form.
I will also make a recommendation out of your suggestion to hide forms whenever we're experiencing problems such as high traffic.
If you have further questions or concerns, please do let us know.
