Change timezone on Save

Hello! We are using the DateTime Single widget to record the date and time an interaction is made (separate from the form submission date and time generated by JotForm).

The widget automatically shows the users current date and local time (based on their browser settings). We need the time to be adjusted to MST when the submission is saved. Is this possible? Thanks in advance!
