    I updated our subscription based on the price that was displayed, which $9.50/month--not $19/month.


    Please place us back on our previous $9.95/month subscription. Thank you

    I have now processed the switching of your subscription back to how it should be (Premium). It should reflect now the status on your end. Also, a partial refund has been processed in relation to the change. Please give it around 3-5 banking days for the amount to be credited back to you.
